Here we go again… There is no doubt that DTF printing is a hot market and with the hundreds of millions of dollars comes BS claims.
A few years ago someone tried to trademark “DTF” and now there is a company claiming the rights to the term “Gang Sheet”.
We all know they weren’t the first to use the term but if the trademark gets registered then they will have the upper hand on who can use the term.
So if you’re offering DTF Gang Sheets and using that term in your branding then you might want to consult a lawyer and submit opposition to the USPTO.
