Arcus Printers has added Instant Peel DTF Transfers designed to eliminate the drawbacks of traditional cold and hot peel methods. These transfers peel off in one to three seconds and are designed to last 35 to 40 washes. The first press liquefies the powder adhesive, ensuring proper adhesion to the garment, and the second press, typically done with a slip sheet, helps the ink settle deeper into the fabric fibers, resulting in a smoother, softer hand feel, according to the company. Features include an advanced formula offering resistance to abrasion and a double-sided antistatic coating that prevents the transfer from buckling under the heat press.
