ColDesi has released two newly redesigned ColDesi DTF Shaker/Dryer systems to be paired with the ColDesi DTF-24H2 or DTF-24H4 printers. The systems are designed to enhance the efficiency, safety, and overall performance of direct-to-film printing operations, according to the company.
Both systems include an integrated fume extractor that eliminates and filters oil fumes during the drying process. One version of the DTF Shaker/Dryer comes with an auto-recirculation system that collects excess DTF powder for refilling and reuse. This advanced feature eliminates the need for manual powder collection and refilling.
The 94.5 x 36 inch systems can fit through a standard US door frame; they operate on 220V and 30 amps. The systems’ noise levels have been reduced by 12 percent.
