Dupont has released Artistri P1600 inks, a premium pigment textile ink specially developed for direct-to-film digital printing on cotton, polyester, or blends for a wide variety of apparel and specialty applications, according to the company. The aqueous-based ink is designed to work in printers with low-viscosity piezo-electric printheads and is suitable for high-quality sampling, strike offs, and production printing. Dupont Artistri P1600 is formulated with proprietary DuPont technology, is compatible with industry standard drying technologies, and features ISO 9000:2015 certified production standards.
DuPont P1600 Series ink is supplied in 1 liter bottles, 2 x 10 liter bottles, and 200-liter drums, and is compatible with the following printheads: Epson DX4, Epson DX5, Epson DX7, and Epson i3200.
