Mimaki has announced a 63-inch wide model of its TxF300 DTF printer series for transfer applications: the TxF300-1600. The new machine prints speeds up to 108 square feet per hour. Its white ink adhesion capability through ink circulation technology prevents sedimentation and delivers consistent quality with a three-way intelligent heater to accelerate ink drying, according to the company.
Designed for a range of fabrics, including cotton, mixed textiles, polyester, and darker shades, as well as skin-friendly textiles with Oeko-Tex Eco Passport Certification of Mimaki PHT50 inks. The TxF300-1600 joins the product family that includes the TxF150-75 and TxF300-75 models. The TxF300-1600 DTF printer is available with Mimaki PHT50 inks in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, and White. It is expected to be available for order in the US beginning in the fourth quarter of 2024.
