DTFPrinting.com ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, image tools, directory, classifieds, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Content you submit — directory listings, classified ads, comments, and images you upload to our tools.
- Usage data — pages visited, tools used, IP address, browser type, and approximate location, used to operate and improve the Services.
- Cookies — used to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure traffic.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To process payments and deliver tool runs you've paid for.
- To send transactional emails (password resets, receipts, tool-job notifications).
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Image tool uploads
Files you upload to our image tools (background removal, upscaling, vectorization) are stored on a private disk, processed by the third-party API for the tool you selected, and automatically expire after seven days, after which they are deleted. We do not use your uploaded images for training models or for any purpose other than fulfilling your tool run.
Third-party services
We share the minimum information necessary with the providers below:
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
- Remove.bg, Topaz Labs, Vectorizer.AI — image processing for the tool you selected.
- Email delivery — to send transactional messages.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Tool input and output files expire and are deleted seven days after a job completes. You can request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by email notice.
