About this tool
Remove backgrounds from product photos, illustrations, or photos of people with one click. Perfect for prepping DTF transfers.
Remove the background, then inspect the edges
Background removal is useful when a photo or logo arrives on a solid rectangle that should not print. It separates the subject from its surroundings so the garment can show through the cleared area. Fine lettering, hair, pale outlines and intentional white details still need a careful visual check.
How to use it
- Choose the clearest original image available and sign in to upload it.
- Process the image and compare the result with your original artwork.
- Download the completed file and inspect it against both light and dark backgrounds before printing.
A practical example
A white box around a logo and white lettering inside that logo are different parts of the design. After removing the box, check that the lettering and small enclosed shapes are still present.
Before you print
- Start from the original image rather than a screenshot or messaging-app thumbnail.
- Inspect thin outlines and semitransparent edge pixels at actual print size.
- Keep a copy of the original in case you need to revise the cutout.
- Check the displayed allowance before processing; paid usage depends on your plan and credit balance.
