These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DTFPrinting.com and its tools, directory, classifieds, subscriptions, and credit system (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Services to violate any law or third-party right.
Upload images you do not own or have permission to process.
Post directory listings or classifieds that are misleading, fraudulent, or for prohibited goods.
Attempt to bypass billing, rate limits, or security controls.
Scrape, mass-download, or resell our content without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Subscriptions, credits & refunds

Pro subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Prepaid credits are non-refundable once added to your balance, except where required by law. If a paid tool run fails for reasons on our end, the credits or included usage consumed are automatically refunded to your account.

Pricing and included usage may change; existing subscribers will be given reasonable notice before any change applies to their next billing cycle.

4. User-submitted content

You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, ads, comments, uploaded images). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content as necessary to operate the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

5. Image tool outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the third-party provider's terms, you own the outputs you generate using our image tools. Tool inputs and outputs are deleted seven days after job completion; download or save anything you wish to keep before that window closes.

6. Third-party services

The image tools are powered by third-party APIs (Remove.bg, Topaz Labs, Vectorizer.AI) and are subject to those providers' availability and terms. We are not responsible for outages or errors originating from those providers, but we will refund consumed usage where we reasonably can.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tool outputs will meet any specific quality standard.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTFPrinting.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) US$100.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued service would expose us to legal or security risk.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
