About this calculator

Enter your design size and sheet width. The calculator works out how many copies fit on a fixed-length sheet — or how long a sheet you need for a set number of copies — trying rotated and mixed layouts to waste the least film, then turns the sheet price into a cost per piece.

This is a grid estimate for one repeated design. It tries upright, rotated, and mixed row/column layouts, but a true nesting tool can sometimes squeeze in more — especially with several different designs on one sheet. Always confirm the printable width with your printer or supplier: a 24″ film usually prints about 22″ wide.
