Build a gang sheet at the size you intend to print

A gang sheet combines several designs on one sheet of transfer film. Set each design in inches, leave room between prints, and check the sheet layout before exporting. The builder keeps layout work in one place so you can prepare a single file for your next print job.

How to use it

  1. Upload your artwork and set the sheet dimensions.
  2. Set each design’s print size, then arrange copies with enough space for cutting.
  3. Review the layout and export a PNG at the chosen resolution. Confirm the physical dimensions in your RIP before printing.

A practical example

At 300 DPI, a design that is 10 inches wide needs 3,000 pixels across. A 22 × 24 inch sheet at that resolution is 6,600 × 7,200 pixels. Enlarging a small source image changes its size, but cannot recover missing detail.

Before you print

  • Use transparent artwork when the garment should show through the design.
  • Avoid stretching a logo in just one direction; preserve its proportions.
  • Uploads and layout editing do not count as an export. Check your plan for export allowances.
  • Vector uploads require server-side rasterization; availability depends on the configured converter.
